    The page we are sent to for microsoft support, for any reason, does not work


    I am trying to make an in-game purchase for a game I got from the Microsoft Store. I have been able to do this many times before. I am signed into my ms account and in fact have payment options available for this very purpose. When I try to make the in-game purchase I get an error message. I contacted the game people (Gameloft) and they said the problem is on Microsoft's end. When I go to get support from Microsoft, the page I am sent to doesn't work. The microsoft support page is all messed up looking and you cannot click on anything that will take you to where you want to go. Calling ms is no good because the recorded voice sends you to help.microsoft.com which is the messed up page.

    This just started today. Does this have anything to do with the latest driver update? I hate to reset my computer to a past date but this is frustrating as all get out. I cannot believe I have to beg for help just to give away my money.

    try to restart your xbox one and try to sent a messages after that. than if does not work than go to xbox support page and we can help you there.

    I understand. If you feel that your ban was unjust, you can try signing in on the website I sent above about the reason for the ban and see if it can be appealed.

    Just a friendly reminder though, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users.     Never got my rewards.

    Tried. Microsoft support sent me here. And the email for the rewards support isn't working for me. Then there's another page for rewards support that i can't use because the submit button stays greyed out.

    Thank you so much for the detailed information. Are you still a minor? If yes, you need to ask an adult to add you as a member under a family group in that way they can manage your settings.

    If the system detects that you’re a child account you will not be able to access your privacy and online settings.
