The ox Xbox app doesn’t show a pop up when I wanna log in

We can’t log in anymore my pin is gone and when I click set up my pin it asks for an app in Microsoft store how do I get out of here? I already tried resetting my computer

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

Sadly that doesn’t work either but I also only see two options there:

Xbox assercory management service

Xbox live verification

Please tell me you have something else as a tip I would greatly appreciate it

Hello, Kai! Thanks for your reply and I appreciate you trying the steps. Kindly also make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).

Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)

Xbox Accessory Management Service

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them.
