    The OuterWorld Pre-Load


    I noticed at around 8pm PDT that it was finally available to pre-load(had an update icon on it since I already installed the 10mb placeholder), a 37gbish download began. I managed to get to 10%(about 3.9gb) and now it is just simply stuck.

    It says downloading, but at 0kbps, it will not start, it will not pause, it will not cancel. I have attempted to cancel it and uninstall it several times to start over and it just removes it from the list, then it pops back up again at 10%(3.9gb) and
    is just stuck.

    I cannot remove it, cannot start it, cannot finish it, cannot cancel it, cannot pause it. I cannnot do anything with it.

    What can I do here?

    For myself it’s been available for pre load for a couple days now, try hard cycling your xbox and hopefully it was just playing up, then try resume the installation or uninstall to reinstall

    have you tried setting your console to not keep games and apps up to date, and set it to energy saving mode and then try to cancel the update to restart it?
