    The Orange Box digital download not working


    So I tried to purchase The Orange Box game for my Xbox Series X but even with trying with multiple web browsers and even using Microsoft Edge on Xbox it won’t work. I’m aware you have to go to marketplace.xbox.com to purchase it, finding the game is not my issue. My problem is that when I select confirm purchase it never goes through at all and will either have the circle icon showing that it’s loading but will never actually load at all or it will just say “Sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time please try again.

    Looking online this seems to be a very common problem with other people. I would really appreciate some help if possible and please don’t send me the link to the game that’s not the issue.

    Had the same issue and I was trying to buy it a day before it got delisted. Just wouldn't complete the checkout. Now I'll never be able to play it on Series S

    Have you tried to purchase the game through this link here https://www.xbox.com/games/store/the-orange-box... ?

    ***Make sure that your physical location, account region, payment method and the store region are all in the same country.

    If it doesn't still work, you may need to directly purchase the game using an Xbox 360 console.
    Like i said,the game was delisted in Feb so they can't buy it from the Xbox 360 store.

    The Orange Box was delisted a few weeks ago so there's no way to buy the digital edition from the Microsoft store now.

    Not sure why they haven't removed it completely.

    No problem.

    Physical is the only way to get it now i'm afraid.

    The Half Life games are ones that deserve a remaster in my opinion.
