If you're in the Xbox Insiders preview program with a preview dashboard you may encounter issues. Please hold the Xbox button and then go to "feedback" on the right and report the error so the right people know to fix it.

Solutions if the problem is temporary would be:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds. This clears cache and may fix the problem.

2. A factory reset keeping games and apps: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

3. [Only do this one if you are connected to the internet to back up your saves with the cloud automatically] Clearing local game saves for the game (My Games and Apps > Games > Push START (3 lines button) on your game > Manage game > Go to saves and delete
the local save (NOT from everywhere) and then turn off the console and unplug for 30 seconds again. Restart the game.

4. Reinstall the game.

If none of that fixes it, unfortunately either the problem is with the game or the preview dashboard you're on.

So review that you have problems since you turned on the quick start on xbox one x? how often does it usually turn off and how many times? have you made any updates recently?
