The new xbox series X will it play 3D films on Blu-ray

I think it will have this feature since the Xbox One S and X have a 3D Blu Ray player.

So I think it will have it, But I don't think anything has officially been said.

i think that is unknown at this point if that type of functionality will be there.

Is anyone else having problems playing back purchased 3D Blu Ray Movies? I have an LG 3D TV and when I play the 3D version of the film there are constantly thick bands / lines in the background / overlaying the picture and the motion is all pixelated and
breaks up during movement.

2D film in the same Blu Ray bundle works fine. I've swapped the HDMI cable, Made sure 3D is enabled in the Xbox settings, and checked the TV's firmware is up to date but still the same picture that is unwatchable.

Any other tips or solutions or is this going to require a software update from Xbox?

Correction: White (or transparent like on PS3 cases) PS4 Blu-ray cases.
