    The New XBox Experience breaks online modes for NBA2K16


    Since I took the New XBox Experience upgrade, I'm unable to join in any online modes for NBA2K16.

    The error message I get from the game is:

    This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required account privileges.

    I've followed up with support from 2K and none of their suggested workarounds worked.

    What has changed with account privileges on the New XBox Experience? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can play this game again?

    Wireless XBOX 360 controller won't work only in an online game (PC Win10 system)

    Hello.

    My Wireless XBOX 360 controller will not work for example in NBA2K16 - it works only on a local game, but when I play with someone online, only the wired XBOX 360 controller works.

    It's a win10 pc system.

    hi ,

    my son is trying to play xbox360 online nba2k16. it comes up that he doesnt meet the requirements to have a myplayer account and play online. i believe thgis is age related. how do i change this so he can play online?
