Everybody like this if you agree the new update for xbox one is **** **** and they need to sort it out before I find where they are and kick them in the **** sack

Sign into
www.billing.microsoft.com and double check the the points have been spent on a gamertag change. If you can see this purchase then it would be a good idea to contact the xbox support line.

It may also be a good idea to clear the update cache on your console and sign out then back into xbox LIVE, this should update your profile.

The update. Sorted. The 50htz bug for me happy now and my soundbar works as well just need them to sort out the Panasonic switch on ir bug and I'm happy
