The new terror of Whitechapel Achievement

I have all of the skills bought for the JTR DLC and it says only 50% of them are needed to acquire the achievement. I tried deleting my account from my xbox one and power cycling the xbox however it didn't change anything. I have also acquired other achievements
after this achievement and they all worked just fine. Any help on this issue? Any one else have this issue?

Achievements won't unlock

So I have synched every viewpoint in london and even gotten level 1 loyalty with all associates so I should have the broad base achievement and the chimney sweep achievement. I also should have the new terror of whitechapel achievements since all my skills
are unlocked and both Evie and Jacob are level 10.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate Achievement Locked

Hello,

I just finished Assassin's Creed Syndicate on Xbox One. Did all the missions, collected all the flowers/beer/glitches/secrets/treasure chests/etc. Bought all the skills for both characters pretty early on. Only problem is that after looking over the achievements,
one didn't trigger: 'The new terror of Whitechapel' (Unlock 50% of the skills.) I have Gold Edition, so all the dlc, but have yet to play Jack the Ripper dlc. Already contacted Ubisoft, they said to contact Microsoft since the achievements go through their
servers. Contacted Microsoft, got told to post in the forums and they would send me a link, so here I am posting this now. Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that.

This happened to me in the past (stuck achievements).

I was able to fix the first one by resetting my console.

I also read a tip online that said if you enter a friend profile and compare achievements, or if you go to the Game Official Club (Home Menu) and select Progress > Achievements, while the game is open, you force a check that unlocks "stuck" achievements.

To reset the console, please follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

I can't quote people on my phone. What you just put pretty much backs up what I was saying as WHITECHAPEL seems to think MW3 is a completey new and different game...

Again I know BLOPS, WaW and COD3 are created by another company (Treyarch) I was using those games as an example to explain how they are completey different games to one another in terms of play and story and evrn multiplayer.
