    I've changed my gamertag 5 days ago and it still hasn't been changed yet. It's not appearing. Does anybody know how to fix it?

    Yes, it hasn't been updated on the server status site yet, but it appears to be a widespread issue.

    The policy just started in 2016 so it hasn't been 5 years yet.
    I’ve spoken to multiple agents on support chat about that specific tag I owned. They have apparently ran this “new policy” for much longer than 2016. That’s not an opinion, it’s a fact.
