with the new home the idea the idee is give the choice to the player to customize it like they want with create groups, pin, etc...

Which definition for 'idee" did you mean?

1. an idea that dominates one's mind especially for a prolonged period of time

or

2. an idea considered as a real factor in the behavior of an individual or social group and thus in the course of events

I am genuinely interested to know which definition you were using.

As for your suggestion, good. I was talking about the "My games and apps" section, not the home page. I agree, being able to customize your home is a good feature.

Nice recomendation, not sure what it has to do with liking the other layout better.

The best Option for your current Situation.

Respectfully, I am not asking for anything. I am not asking for help in accepting the new layout. The new home layout is ok. I am talking about one section of our profile experience. In the "My games and apps" section, you used to be able to navigate sideways
with the use of LB and RB (controller buttons). That feature has been removed. It seems that the new layout probably doesn't work with that feature. If the new layout is so awesome, why did they have to remove useful functionality?

By the way, you used to be able to use LB/RB with the home screen, to go to the different sections.

Not all change is good change. It seems that people believe all change is good. So not true.

There’s not much we can do to change it back as there will always be many dashboard updates.

I disagree, if enough people feel the same way and want it changed, it will change. Unless Microsoft doesn't actually listen to its customers. As customers, we should always expect to be heard and respected, as we are their livelihood.

Right now, there is a lot of change occurring in this world. Way more than usually. Customers need to stand up and be heard. No more being blown off due to lack of concern. Customers are people too.
