    Never received a new controller

    About a year ago I placed a repair order for my controller because the left trigger sensor was stuck in the active position even thought the trigger wasn't pressed down. I went to a local fedex center to mail it thinking it would be free since xbox
    told me it was, and i had to pay for it myself. Month after month i check back on my order and nothing is progressing, so i had to buy a whole new controller. I checked back on my order status last month and it disappeared like it was never there. So was it
    completed? lost in the mail? What happened? I never knew. I have asked many times for my controller back but they respond with "I need your order number" I don't have it, I lost. I think it may have been in the box i mailed with the controller. who knows?
    It should have my return address on it. Please I want my controller back that came with my xbox one THAT I BOUGHT MYSELF!!!!!!

    Today I received a brand new controller.

    Hopefully this one will last longer.

    Hi! Unfortunately you would have to purchase the old wireless adapter which supports the Xbox 360 controller.

    Thanks for your post! To use an Xbox 360 controller on a Windows PC, you must use the

    Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver    . Since the Xbox 360 controller and Xbox One controller use different wireless technologies, the new receiver is not compatible with 360 controllers.
