    The new Alpha update is not loading


    Anyone else getting this error when trying to download the update?

    There was a problem with the update You need this update to use your console, but something went wrong.     Anyone know how to fix it?

    Hello!! I'm in the alpha skip ahead. With the last build the problem is fixed. Now it's multichannel in the dashboard, when you load an atmos game the display will change in atmos. Same for netflix.
    This is fantasic news! Thanks. So just to be clear it seems that Microsoft solved it? Or did Dolby Access get an alpha update?

    It already has been updated. It's just a rebrand of the App and not a new one, so if you load up your existing LoveFilm app, you'll find it's already "Primed" for Amazon Prime! Just been using it myself. Alpha House is very good ;)

    The new update is only out for some Alpha & Alpha skip ahead insiders at the moment.

    If you're in the Omega ring then you'll probably be the last ring to get the update before it's released to everyone.

    Hi, The new avatar update or upgrade is being tested now by the Alpha Skip Ahead/Alpha insiders, so it shouldn't be too long before it is released to everyone.
