    The music turns off when the game is running

    I don't think anyone would love listening to music or YouTube videos while playing a game, but recently when I opened the game, the sound disappeared. The song continues, but there is no sound. I tried to check my settings but everything was fine. I tried checking my game settings, but I couldn't find anywhere to block other music. I tried searching for it in my browser, but I couldn't find anything useful.



    My partner is Windows 10 and the game is The Sims 4



    Can anyone help me?

    Unfortunately, i dont listen to music while gaming. Esp when im in the heat of a multiplayer battle in CoD. In game music is turned off.

    It is at around thehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKkGcrI19dw... (They usually make that sound to warn you they are near by but this guy was sneaking around and caught the Komodo off guard)

    I have been debating if I should turn the music off... The music is way to loud compared to the voices... and with only a "master volume" control there is no way to just lower the music volume and leave everything else as is. It is a shame because the music
    is well done in this game...

    Manage Xbox Music Cloud, without using the Music App

    Hey there AJLawless,



    There is a way to turn off the Cloud feature of the Xbox Music app. When in the Xbox Music app, open the Charms Bar and select Settings>Preferences. There you will see two "switches" under Xbox Music Cloud. Turn those off.
