The money was reserved at my credit card without access to game downloading!!!

Hello

I tried to buy game "Call of Duty: Ghosts"

Unforunately, after purchase confirmation I got message "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help"

As result, the money was reserved at my credit card, but I do not have any confirmation/access to game downloading.

Could you explain this situation

Trouble with EA ACCESS

Hi I've been having trouble with downloading a years subscription of EA ACCESS. I just returned home and redeemed my Xbox Live £20 card and went to purchase EA ACCESS but I'm not allowed to? I can only use my credit card (which I have no money for now I
put it on as Xbox credit.)

Was wondering if I can purchase this with my Xbox credit, because I can't with my credit card basically. Please help! I really want to play BF4!

Microsoft account credit

I have money in my Microsoft account. Why is it asking for credit card details? I just want to spend the money in my account. Is there a way to spend the money in my account without putting in credit card or Paypal details?

No I can not download a game trailers from my console without a credit card attached to my account I contactes customer support and they told me the reason I can't download the FREE game trailer is because I don't have a credit card on my account. I will
not use a credit card online or in store period
