The Mobile App and Xbox Screenshot/Videosharing system would be great if it worked more...

In experience, the Xbox screenshot and then saving it online to the cloud is a hit and miss. I dont rely on it. a few months ago, I remember, almost every screenshot I took was never saved for weeks on top of weeks.

In the last 2 to 3 months, screenshot system is working again and actually storing them online so I can see them on my PC or mobile app.

My advice : if some screenshot is really important, save it locally on the Xbox and then upload it to twitter or OneDrive or a USB pen drive. I dont trust the cloud screenshot system on Xbox, because of prior experience.

Your screenshot looks like it is from a mobile device. You need to download it to a PC or Xbox. The phone won't give you the option to download since it is not a mobile app.

The Xbox mobile app was developed / intended to work with Xbox one and newer systems.

The Xbox 360 doesn't have the same power to handle all the functionalities provided by the Xbox mobile app.
Also, Xbox 360 is already discontinued. This means no new system updates or functionalities are going to be released for this console. Sorry

That's what really the support articles says, PC screenshots cannot be shared on Xbox live.

Only screenshots taken on console can be shared on the Xbox network like The Xbox Mobile App and the Console itself. You can't go PC > Console. You can only do Console > Mobile. Example send a screenshot you took on console in a chart with another person, you would not be able to see it on PC because the media is only accessible through Mobile or on the Console itself.

If they want to try and send it to console from PC, you have to go through mobile. Send the image to a mobile phone and save it, then send it via chat in the Xbox Mobile app.

Screenshots and clips are uploaded on the Xbox network, but if you saved ones to an external hard drive, disconnect that drive.

If you want to export the clips and screenshots from the Xbox network you can do it using the Xbox console companion app on PC

Or the Xbox mobile app
