The Microsoft rewards play a game on xbox for 15 minutes not registering?

The last time i used my points for Microsoft. It took the system a few minutes to register thr transaction. I closed out Microsoft rewards and restarted it.

I did a little digging on the internet and discovered they've implemented a 15 minute cooldown now for search rewards points. What I read stated you can only get rewarded for 3 searches every 15 min. I've been getting 4 searches in mostly, but sometimes it only rewards me for 2. The 15 minute cool down is accurate, though. 😞

As stated in the popup, Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, so you cannot register into the Xbox Live Rewards program.
