    Hi, no its not free on the marketplace website and doesn't show on the games with gold section on the site either...just on the console, and show free under the icon for the game but want to charge after you select it...

    If there is an option to 'pay using microsoft points' try using that instead on the website, it should then appear as free after you click to buy.

    Sometimes the games show the price, but after you click to buy they appear as free. Also make sure that the game is still available as the games for gold are only free for a certain amount of time

    You're not showing as gold here, but if you do get a gold subscription you can download the free games from the console or the website. You will need a payment method on file in order to download them from the website.

    It has the same serial number. But earlier I "bought" the free with gold game through the website and I went to my download queue and it shows "assigned to other console".

    This does not show on the Xbox One under Games and Apps, and also, none of the Games with Gold show under commerce.microsoft.com. The game was not purchased. It was a free Games with Gold. Apparently Microsoft doesn't train their support staff on this as
