The Microsoft banning process is broken.

Today I received this official 2 day ban from xbox gaming platform. For starters this posting "Looking for Group" in Minecraft was actually done about 3 to 4 months ago if not longer. I have included a screen capture of the text they state that was in violation in the posting. The A.I understanding of this submitted complaint is severely broken.

It doesn’t mean that no one want to help, it’s because right now no one can assist with that
Because if maybe that was possible, some players can harass or insult that person

This is why (well, one of the reasons) the enforcement can’t be reached outside the enforcement website

I'm not asking anything to be done to unban my account that will take care of itself in time. The issue is the process of banning people is broken as itappears that individuals are submitting claims and the reviewers are not reviewing them correctly. All I'm asking is a Microsoft support personnel look at the back end process to find out where the broken link is. I even have a screenshot of the same issue being submitted twice and approved within minutes of each other. So technically I have the 3rd band that's already passed for the exact same thing.

incorrect, most of the 2 day and 3 day suspensions are all automated.

Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.
And, if maybe you received a 48 hours suspensions, is not possible to appeal because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket
