    The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist


    Hi

    I signed in 2 days ago with my account (e-mail address) (Dec 17) but the website is showing "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist" message from yesterday (Dec 18).

    I tried to reset password and recover but all tries were failed.

    I have some purchased games so I am not sure how to recover my account.

    Strange thing is the e-mail from Microsoft.

    I remember I received 6 or 7 e-mails from Microsoft advising "Security" but they were deleted together with other e-mails.

    I tried to find the e-mails in the deleted folder but I could not.

    I believe there is hacking on my account or e-mail.

    I want to know what happened in my account.
