The mic of my Starfield Wireless Headphones has poor quality on PC

I've seen in the reviews that the headphones are great quality on sound and mic, in my case the audio it's awesome but the mic it's not good, is this a general problem or just me?

The mic it's working, but his quality is poor on any game or app on the PC, I had another headphones wired and those had a good quality mic so it's not a PC issue

I had that too but it was only once I has my wireless headset plugged in. The only problem im facing is poor mic quality when using party chat.
