    The message containing me EA Access trial disappeared


    I pre ordered Madden NFL 17 on the Xbox one with a digital purchase, and a few days later I received the message from Xbox Live containing the code for a one month trial of EA Access. I decided to not redeem it quite yet so that it would be active during
    Madden 17 early access. I come back to it tonight and the message is gone. I don't know what to do. I have contacted Xbox twice and EA once. I was directed to this forum by an Xbox rep. Please help me.

    Accidentally Deleted Message containing EA Access 30-Day trial

    Hello,

    Earlier today, I accidentally deleted a message containing an unused code for a 30 day trial of EA Access. I received this message a couple months ago when I preordered Battlefield 1. Is there anyway to have this message resent? Thanks for the help.
