The Master Chief Collection won't work after buying Halo Reach

Hello, this is my first time posting here.

I added Halo Reach to the Master Chief Collection on launch day. Love the new addition itself, just one huge problem. The rest of the Halo Campaigns won't load and play anymore, only Halo Reach works.

If I try to play Halo 4 in the MCC, I get the loading screen, the screen goes black, then I get taken back to the Xbox Home screen, no error code or anything.

I spoke with Xbox Support over the phone yesterday and have deleted my account and re-added it, cleared the cache in the blu ray section in settings, and un-installed the game and re-installed it. None of these options have let me play anything other than
Halo Reach. I have a data cap so I can't reinstall again.

Are there any solutions? I want to finish my progress in Halo 4 and Halo 3 ODST campaigns. I feel like I never should have added Halo Reach to the MCC since this happened.

Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.

I don't have the Master Chief Collection for my Xbox One because I still have my Original Xbox / Xbox 360 with Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversay Edition, Halo Reach, and Halo 4.

The Halo series is amazing, but I won't be buying another Halo game on my Xbox One (except Halo Reach Anniversary Edition, if they make it).

Halo Reach on the Xbox One is an add-on for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. So it won't show on its own in this games list. He would need Halo: MCC in order to play it.

Halo The Master Chief Collection. Because Halo 4 is there and in the future will have Halo Reach.

Sorry to hear it. If you've tried all those steps and it hasn't worked then please try a factory reset. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves are safe on the Cloud.

Just one more note. A while back I had Destiny 2 installed to my external drive and it stopped working. I ended up having to redownload it to my console to get it working again.
