    The Master Chief Collection Won't Launch


    I keep getting a error code every time I launch the game. I get a box saying the game failed to launch properly. What should I do?

    you need to try a power cycle: hold the power button for 30 seconds. your console should fully restart and the game should work.

    Hi there

    First start by trying to do a restart of the console.

    Hold your finger on the power button located at the front of the console for a good few seconds, until the console powers down. Unplug the console from the back and after a few minutes. You can go ahead and plug the console back in and start it up.

    If you have no success with this. You may also try this.

    Head over to settings on your console. Network settings, advanced, alternate MAC address and clear it. This will automatically restart your console.
