The Master Chief Collection - Halo 3: ODST compensation

Hello,

I pre-ordered the MCC on 11/9/14. I never redeemed my Halo 3: ODST redemption code which was offered as compensation to players who experienced issues with the collection when it launched.

As stated on Halo Waypoint, "The original in-console message sent on June 1 has been purged from console inboxes. Codes are being resent on July 1 to those who have not yet redeemed their code. All distributed codes will be purged from the in-console
message on July 31, 2015, but will still be redeemable. After July 31, users can contact the support forums support forum (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.)
for further assistance."

As instructed, I am here on the forums for further assistance. I never redeemed my code (as I sold my original Xbox One and just repurchased an S this week), and my message was "purged." According to Waypoint, it is "still redeemable." How can I received my
code so that I may redeem Halo 3: ODST?

Edit: I would also like to note that I played the Master Chief Collection many, many times within the timeline ("November 11, 2014 through December 19, 2014 at 11:59 pm PDT") which would consider me eligible to receive the code.

Another Halo: ODST for Xbox One?

I am getting the Halo 3 ODST campaign as part of the Master Chief Collection for free as compensation for playing during the troubles of it's launch. So don't need to pay for it on Xbox One.

Do you mean another Halo ODST entirely?

Missing Free Halo ODST Add On for the Master Chief Collection Digital.

I have not received the FREE Halo 3 ODST campaign for the Master Chief Collection digital

I also have not received the FREE Map add on called Remnant for Halo 2 in the Master Chief Collection digital.

Halo ODST for the Xbox One is an Add-On for the Master Chief Collection. you must own that in order to play it.

When you fire up the Master Chief Collection, you should be able to start a campaign (under Halo 3) for ODST.

Halo 3:ODST is listed under the Halo 3 section in the Master Chief Collection, have you checked there?

Hey there,

The Halo Master Chief Collection does not include Halo 3: ODST, but it should include Halo 4: Spartan Ops. Halo 3: ODST is available on the Xbox Store as an add-on for Halo: MCC.
