The Long beach track

Ok guys, this is I am sure a stupid question. I apologize, I purchased the long beach booster pack, downloaded the long beach track (over night) now the big question, how the hell do I play it? I can not find it. I got a rival recommendation with the long
beach track as the track, accepted the rival and it wants me to buy a car that I can not afford (over 1.5million) how can I just race the track? or what I prefer play against my drivitar friends.

Forza 5 needs more racing tracks I'm getting bored of the same ones over and over again.

The Long Beach Booster Pack that you purchased only contains DLC cars. This pack does not contain the DLC Long Beach track.

If you go to the monthly rivals events - the Long Beach event is the 2nd one from the right. Yesterday, this event appeared for me but it was listed as "DLC" and I couldn't play it because I hadn't downloaded the track yet. Check for this event and, if you
see the "DLC" indicator like I did - you still need to download the FM5 update that contains the track.

I've heard that people are having problems getting the download. Yesterday, after I saw that I didn't have the track yet I turned off my Xbox, let it sit for a few minutes, and then powered back on. Once I powered back on - I saw the install start/complete
and after it was finished the track was available in FM5 for me.

I got the Long beach track but it seems that I have to purchase a car that is 1.65 million credits (which I don't have) I thought purchasing the long beach car pack (4.99) would of given me a car to race with.

 

Long beach is also available in free play and some career races if you just want to race it with cars you already own.

 

The Long Beach montly rivals event (track days) requires an X-class car. You'll need to purchase one of the Indy cars to race in the monthly rivals and to race in the Multiplayer Long Beach Challenge lobby.

If you want to race a car you already own on Long Beach you can pick a car, go to rivals, choose the rivals list for your car's class, and pick one of the Long Beach tracks.

...or you can just do some racing in free play.
