    The "Let's go" button does nothing when setting up my gamertag for the first time


    I go on the xbox site and try to sign in, I'm greeted with a "Choose how you look" window, I input my gamertag and select a picture, click on the "Let's go" button. And nothing.

    I've tried on mobile and desktop, with multiple browsers, please help.

    This appears to be an emerging issue that arose just a few hours ago, Microsoft has not posted that it is a known issue yet, but other users have reported this same issue through other forum threads. You can check some examples here:

    I ask you to wait a couple of hours and try again to set a gamertag to your account, and do what is mentioned in that forum thread to report the problem.

    Bro Microsoft has the worst website. It’s so slow never works and ITS IMMPOSSIBLE to contact support I’ve been trying to make an Xbox account to connect it with mincraft and I can’t because the button does absolutely nothing and I’m not gonnna wait 3 days for a reply I tried a different network and nothing is working any advice ?

    Just as a heads up, we are currently receiving multiple reports regarding this particular account creation issue, however, no official announcements have been made by Microsoft .In the meantime we can just perform troubleshooting steps.

    Have you tried using a different network?

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you please confirm if you are doing this on Xbox website through mobile or PC? If possible, please try to use a different connection like data/hotspot and a different browser, and see if the same issue will persist with the button not working correctly.
