  3. gamepad problem with Forza Horizon 3

    Hi

I have Forza Horizon 3 Ultime Edition, PC version (Windows 10).

I play with Xbox 360 gamepad.

I can accelerate, brake, back up, look behind, left, right, but not turn left or right. When I use the left stick, my character looks left or right. When I use the right stick, my character looks left, right or behind. I tried with the arrows of the analog
pad, it does not direct the vehicle either.

I checked the configuration: the gamepad is well recognized (of course, otherwise I could not accelerate, brake or back) and the keys are well configured (turn left: left stick, turn right: stick left).

My gamepad well works with my others games (not Xbox or Microsoft ones): Euro Truck Simulator 2, The Crew, Gas Guzzlers Extreme, Trackmania, Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO...

    Hey there Stanislav,

Sorry to hear you have run into this hardware problem. Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, Is this for an Original Xbox One controller?

How long ago did you purchase this controller? You might be able to get the controller serviced if you do register through the

    Device Support
    Website.

    I hope this helps.

  5. So am I to understand that it is loose, and the "analog stick" is not functioning because it is loose. I just need a clarification on your post. It will help us ambassadors understand the issue better to help you resolve it.

    Ahh..Listen to that dude.

  6. I’d suggest getting it repaired through MS or exchanging ot if it’s still in warranty. There’s a really thin plastic post under the stick and more than likely that has snapped.

If it's an elite controller, it is magnetic attachment and would snap right back in. If not, then it is probably broken. If it is still under warranty, get it replaced.
