    The Last Update on Xbox One- Unable to Select Profile


    Hi. Ever since the last (3.7 GB) update of Xbox One, we've been unable to select and login to our profiles. More specifically we enter our common passwords and it directs us to the screen where we should be able to login using our outlook accounts. However,
    once the page loads, it instantly turns in to a white screen with a semi-circle on it. We can't do anything with the controller either.

    If you are unable to pull up the troubleshoot screen in this Guide
    Need help with system updates     Select offline update. Step 3 is getting the troubleshoot menu up Step 6 is getting the update from the website using a windows 10 pc and a usb drive. If unable to do from troubleshoot menu try the offline update.

    Unable to login on back-compat game.

    So I purchased black ops 2 on my Xbox one and are unable to play the online multiplayer. I have tried restarting my Xbox and the app. I am signed into Xbox live with no problems but it won't let me select the profile I am using. I have tried to download
    my profile but it says I am unable to connect to Xbox live . I test the connection but it says nothing is wrong

    please try to update your xbox one console

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide and select Profile & system (your account icon) > Settings .

    Select General > Power mode & startup. Make sure Power mode is set to Instant-on.

    Go back (press B on your controller) and select System > Updates & downloads. Check Keep my console up to date.

    To see your console's system version, open the guide and select Profile & system (your account icon) > Settings , then select System > Console info.

    To see when it was last updated, go back (press B on your controller) and select System > Updates & downloads > Latest console update status.

    Hello Szeksu,

    Thanks for the update. We would like you to go to the
    account website    , and update your address even if it is correct update it. Doing this will update the profile. Make sure the profile is not on the console. Once you update the address then try and download the profile. Being that it was last used on a Xbox
    360 it most likely needs updating or refreshed. To update address log in on website, select your info, just above picture select contact info. Once there go towards the bottom and click on address book.

    Could you please provide a bit more information. Is there a particular title you're unable to play? Was it a game update, or a Xbox One system update?

    Oh yes, it's real. Make sure your Xbox One has the latest Xbox One update installed (released yesterday). Then goto your profile, and select customize profile, and from there should be an option to change the background of your profile. You can also do
    it using the Windows 10 Xbox app too. Launch the app, then select your gamerpic at the top right of the app. Then select view profile, and from there select change background, you will then be given a few backgrounds to choose from. Select one, and save. This
    will show on your PC as well as Xbox one.
