    The last 2 days I have not been able to load the game.


    I have tried for 2 days to load the game to do my dailies but it kicks me off and goes back to the Start screen. How am I suppose to get credit for my dailies before the end of the month when it won't pull up? My husband is having the same problem with Mahjong.

    This game is c__p. Have not been able to log in for the last 2 or 3 days. And probably the week before this it kept disconnecting.

    Do we have any solution to this?!?! I've had this game for 2 days and only been able to play for 1 hour and this happened! Game froze and haven't been able to load it up since. I've done all of the "tricks" from resetting RAM to uninstalling to shoveling
    loads of silly putty into my disk drive (not really), but I am so tired of this! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

    the dash board takes long to load

    I also have had this problem throughout the beta. With the last update, the problem is worse. The last 5 days, the dash never loads properly.

    Description:

    - Turn on Xbox, the avatar screen appears (after the logo splash animation)

    - I select my avatar to log into the dashboard. (I have only one account)

    - The theme image loads with the loading circle rotating forever.

    Work around-

    Use guide button to access functions. The only way I have been able to get the dash to load is to launch a game, or app, and then back out of the game/app.

    Can not download anything on gamepass.

    I have the same issue. In the last 2 days have not been able to install any new games. Now most installed games no longer work. The instructions in the troubleshoot link did not fix the issue.

    Unfortunately this is making Game Pass rather pointless.
