The joke letter Microsoft sent me after they failed to fix my seriesx. They just factory...

When Microsoft return something, it's usually sent with a letter explaining what was wrong, and what was fixed.

Please, i will prefer if you don't talk aggressively to me or for the matter to any person that is trying their best to help you. Please understand that we aren't employees from the Microsoft/ Xbox company itself, we have the same amount of power than you in the mail and repair sense of your issue, i'm not able to look into the information in their system and as i suppose you would understand, not capable of handling your console myself to fix it because this forum is virtually based. Most of hardware issues that go past "reset your console" " connect the cable into another plug" "try using another port" or things like that, we aren't capable of handle them and the only help we can give you is talking to someone that can.

I will repeat my most important part of the previous message:

"I can suggest you to check for one in your city/town and expect for a solution from your console in the hands of a profesional capable of fix it in person!"

The offering of the link you are so upset about is just to complain about your service, i already read that you try to talk to them before.

I hope someone can fix your console, sorry for not being able to do it myself.

I can suggest you to check for one in your city/town and expect for a solution from your console in the hands of a profesional capable of fix it in person!

I have the same problem after my update today, they now want me to send off my controller and wait for a replacement to be sent to me, I am not happy with this at all it is a very poor service Microsoft are a complete joke!!
