    The join button is greyed out and im on pc


    I have tried checking my interent reseting my pc unistaling it re instaling it reseting it and check if its cross platform and all of that but it dosent do any thing. i dont know what to do at this point and the USA nat is not overly strict.

    I have an actual xbox one headset and it also had the volume button grayed out and it says my headset is connected under connected devices. I bought a cheap one and it worked but it was
    [Mod removed profanity]: couldn’t hear well but people could hear me, but it worked then my jerk dog ate it now I’m back to trying to use the good and correct one for my console and it does not work. I am very confused.

    Just double check that the headset you have is compatible with Xbox One, and that you have all the headset cords plugged in correctly.

    Which turtle beach headset? Different things depending on the headset and did you check that it is Xbox compatible?
