I can not download the purchased DLC through Games for Windows Marketplace PC for Dirt 3. I receive the message "There was an error retrieving your purchase history, please sign out and try again later". In the game, the account comes in without problems.

I am hope for your help.

Every time I try to go to the Xbox store it comes up with:

"Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. Refresh the page. The error code is 0x8013153B, in case you need it. CV: c62g+C9Dik2oau8f."

I have the same issue. I was trying to download my gears of war PC from games for windows. This is what shows up for me.

Cant retireve information from xbox live please try again later. error code >80070057 when i try online to says theres a glitch lol maybe its the whole thing : P

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
