This support is intended to answer questions about the use and configuration of devices.

I understand the problem you are having, don't worry, I am here to help. I know some of these steps have already been done, you just skipped if you think you will get the same result.

This problem actually occurs when there is an issue with your internet configuration and driver, please follow the steps below and I hope this helps.

Note: Make sure you do this on the affected user.

First, what we will do is enable the WWAN and WLAN services, these services are essential to run the wireless and wired connection perfectly.

- Open Services (Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc and click OK) -

Search for WLAN AutoConfig and WWAN AutoConfig > Right click on it, Properties and set it to automatic (if it is already set to automatic, right click on it, click Stop and start again) -

Restart your PC and check

If the issue persists, run the following command in Command Prompt (Admin). Follow the steps below to do so.

These sets of commands will reset your internet connection and recalibrate the internet settings you have.

Press Windows Key + X.

Click on Command Prompt (Admin).

Type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

After trying many things I have found out my Xbox One only keeps shutting down when it is connected to the internet, if I plug in the internet cable or connect using wi-fi it will shut almost immediately, but when it is disconnected from the internet it
will stay on all day....weird.

Now I have another problem, where my headphones suddenly cut out after lots of popping and crackling, and I have to disconnect and reconnect my headphones. This has happened before, but it is becoming more frequent. I removed all wireless devices such as
phones and laptops and disconnected them from the internet, and it is still happening, does anyone know what to do, or any technical support?

did you recently get wireless headphones? if so, try unplugging them and retesting the internet connection. if it works, you can still use the headphones, just move the receiver that is plugged into the xbox as far away from the xbox as possible.

This does seem to be a thing.

After experimenting around, it seems to be related (in my case) to when I unplug my headphones from the controller and plug them into some other device like my switch.

Play around on switch etc, plug it back into Xbox controller again.. that’s when the trouble seems to start.

Especially if the Xbox was turned off at the time, sometimes I can’t even start the Xbox back up using that controller after plugging headphone back in controller.

Disconnecting the wire from the controller itself doesn’t make the difference, unplugging the entire cable from the USB port and plugging that back in, does make the difference.

Very very weird and i can reproduce it to an extent.
