The 'install' button is unavailable for all games except UWP ones on Xbox for PC

The file path "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSIXVC" is an installer for some of the Microsoft Apps that are on the store.

Try resetting your Microsoft Store:
1. Open the settings by pressing the Windows + i keys
2. Go to Apps> Applications and features
3. Select the Microsoft Store application and then click Advanced Options
4. Click the Reset button.
5. Confirm the reset by clicking on Reset again.

If that doesn't work, try reinstalling your Microsoft Store:

1.Open Windows PowerShell as administrator. To do this, right click on the start button and click on 'Windows Shell (admin)'
2. To reinstall the Microsoft Store app, enter the following command (you can copy and paste:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register '$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \\ AppXManifest.xml'}

If this doesn't work, you will likely have to recover your Windows. Check out this article to learn about your recovery options.

I've tried both of 2 methods in your reply and the problem is still there. It seems that I have to recover my Windows. Thank you very much!

UWP means Universal Windows Plattform. That means that a Developer only need to develop one App that can be used across Windows 10 PC, Windows 10 Mobile and Xbox One. The Stores of all these devices are merged into one store. So you dont need to worry about
it stated as UWP it most certainly will be a UWP then.

The Netflix App found on Xbox One is indeed already the UWP Version, aswell as Groove, Onedrive, Hulu and stuff. They should all share your experience across your Win10 devices.

If you search for Netflix on your Xbox One and look under the Description there is stated:

Available on: Xbox One, PC, Mobile device. Any app thats labeled in that way is always a UWP App.

Exact problem except I don't get the install play option in the store, it says Unavailable. Verified it is the Xbox version of MCC. Tried clearing cache. I thought maybe that Microsoft was having an outage, but its been a week and the button that should
say download, says unavailable.
