When you play with a set of players then your 10 million bonus run (complete all heists in order with the same players with no deaths from anyone) got reset because you played with different players. Its not a glitch its suppose to do that.

Here's my take: I read somewhere that the Sires are the "forefathers" of the Locust. They were experimented on and then started attacking the scientists at the lab. They were then moved to Mount Kadar and all access to the base of the mountain was sealed
off. A handful of Sires were kept in the lab and monitored by an A.I. that the scientist, Niles, created in his image. Some in-game collectibles in Gears of War 2 and some of A.I. Niles' ramblings hint that the Sires might have been humans who were experimented
on by the scientists at the lab facility. Also remember that inside Mount Kadar leads to Nexus, the capital of the Locust Horde. Hmmmm? Were the humans of Sera the creators of their own destruction?

[/quote]I think Epic created a universe that has only a few similarities with our own but ISN'T ACTUALLY our own. A Gearsverse if you will. In this Gearsverse, Sera is the equivalent of our planet Earth but not THE planet Earth as this isn't the actual real
world universe. Much like the real universe's planet Earth however, humans have always lived on Sera and somehow Locust have always existed below Sera without humans knowing about it. Well, except for Adam Fenix, who DID know about them but told no one. Not
even the COG. Jerk.



Those creatures in the secret lab in Gears 2 called Sires, seamed to be some sort of secret COG experiment trying to splice humans with Locust DNA. Why it was never brought up again after you leave the lab, we'll never know.
