    I'm not defending anyone but there isn't one company out there that has good customer service. there all garbage, even sony. look at all those cell phone company's one is as bad as the other. besides that I can't think of one that has there customer service
    located in the usa.

    By the way support just hangs up if you are insulting and don´t stop.

    I never had any of them hang up on me and no one ever put me in a hold for 3 hours.

    Maybe it´s the way you communicate with people?

    They really are the worst customer service ever. They tell you to run to the forums for everything but it gets you no where. I foresee sony having a good cycle this time around :)
