The hand control is completely dead

Hi!

My daughter's hand control has stopped working. Completely dead. We have tried changing the batteries according to the instructions on the support page. It says that you can buy a new battery pack at the dealer. Can the actual casing of the batteries have broken?
Is it common? Anyone have experience with what it could be for errors otherwise?

I actually enjoyed crowd control. Now Heli-Assault on the other hand, is a completely different story.

 

Xbox One - Gesture hand no longer appears

The gesture hand that was showing up previously when I used hand gestures on Netflix doesn't appear on the screen any more. I can still control the screen with my hand but it is very difficult without being able to see the hand.

Also there is a setting for Kinect that says hide the gesture hand during video playback, I have that off and I still have this problem. Even rebooted completely and I still have the problem. help!

 

Try to use the controller with a usb cable attached to the console.

If you daughters controller is out of batteries you can simply replace them with two AA batteries or purchase a Plug and Play Charge Kit.

Try use USB cable to check your controller to work. Then if it works try use new batteries or charge kit. Simple!
