The games in my full library aren’t showing up i just get a os error message

Thank you for that. I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

May I ask what is the error message that you’re getting? I’ll check that for you.

Sorry for the trouble. If this is happening with multiple devices the issue can be with your network connection. Do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot?

The message that im getting says “we’re having trouble getting that for you rn try again later my xboxs have been doing this since before i upgraded to next gen i thought a upgrade would fix it but here we are back to square one

Im sorry thank you for trying to help but to give you more information I’ve literally tried everything this is a problem that has followed me from last gen and I’ve read on ways to fix it and I’ve tried every one to no avail im running outta rope to keep staying patient. It’s also a brand new xbox that it decided to continue doing this on may i remind you
