hello my problem is the following they gave me the game pass gold for the crunchyroll offer, what happens is that if I try to download games that are from bethesda such as dishonored, halo, or even the dragon quest or twelve minuts it tells me that the game does not is available for what reason is this happening?

Same here, the app didn't launch, deleted it and now it's unavaible from the store.
