The games are opened with another Microsoft account I have.

Hi I bought the 1 euro pass, buying with my extra microsoft account, with which I had a batletag with which I usually play. When I start session in a game I have been put in the account that is linked to the computer, therefore the games are shared in
the account that is not and to start the game leaves another batletag even though I am put with the account I want in the microsoft store. How can I change that the games are opened with the account I want?

I would try signing out of the account you don't want to play as.

Otherwise, games will typically have an option to select which profile you want to play with somewhere in the start menu.

I hope this helps, but that's about all I can think of right now, sorry.

Hi. My name is Mel and I am an independent advisor. Unfortunately since the last update a number of users are experiencing this issue. The only solution someone found so far was to uninstall the store, reinstall it and download the game again. This doesnt work for everyone however and I suggest maybe getting in touch with Microsoft to see if they can suggest anything further.

it probably cannot authenticate the digital license to your account.

try to open the game with another account for testing, and see if it opens, then log out and login with your original account.

Hi Crystal, thank you very much for your response. You're right, I had logged in outlook with the account
[Mod removed - Personal Information] here is where I got a game to redeem with code, I opened the email with the code to redeem, select the link to exchange and took me to another window to confirm and unfortunately, there was another open
account I was surprised that this account was open because everything was closed.

What happened then was that my outlook account
[Mod removed - Personal Information] redirected me to the Microsoft portal and unfortunately there was another account login which is
[Mod removed - Personal Information] and the code that was exchanged went to that account, I just gave myself I realized this and I was very surprised that this had never happened to me, as long as outlook took me to the account Microsoft was
with the same account. Help me please, is there any way to unsubscribe or delete the game at
[Mod removed - Personal Information] and have the game where
[Mod removed - Personal Information] should be?

OP here (on another microsoft account),

I cant uninstall any of the files in that "cache" folder because "the folder or a file in it is open in another program."

Any way to get around this?
