The games and apps I have installed won't open

I try to open a game or app and I get stuck looking and the app tile and then get told that the game or app took to long to start also my controller disconnects itself from time to time and I don't know how to fix it I've tried restarting my console numerous time and nothing changes it even effects the Microsoft store I need help

Please try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Start the app again

To resolve this issue, quit and restart the app:

If the app is available on the Home screen—in either the big center tile or one of the four "most recently used" tiles—highlight that tile with your controller (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on the controller.
If the option to Quit is present, select it. (If it's not present, the app is not currently running.)
Once you're sure the app is closed, re-launch the app by selecting it from the recently used tiles or from My games & apps.
If the app doesn't start, try the next solution.

Solution 2: Restart your Xbox One console

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.
Try to launch the app again.
Note If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart. Try to launch the app again.

Solution 3: Uninstall and reinstall the app

If the issue still isn't resolved, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Here's how:

On Home, select My games & apps.
Highlight the content you want to uninstall.
Press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Uninstall.

It keeps saying ready to install but I already installed it? I've used this app before plenty. .now it won't open. Hmm

Hey there,

I know that the MCC on PC has been acting up since launch, and a lot of people are running into the same problem that you are and Microsoft is working on the issue right now.

And, ah, obviously I can't condone pyrating the game... I'd just give it some time

Sorry, I forgot: The App worked perfectly well until Saturday evening, then suddenly crashed and won't open anymore. I tried to install it again but no chance the App would open. It starts loading and then the window closes. I have been playing since October
after upgrading to Win 10. No problems until now.
