The game wont let me play the DLC

I bought Sunbreaker for MHR and completed all the quests for the main story but still the DLC wont show up and I can't get MR if I don't do the quests but I can see all the MR quests in the event area.

I figured it out, I had to go into the microsoft store inside the game, download it through that then quit and relaunch it. Finally worked.

Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.
Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
Login with your account again in both apps
Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

first enforcement team is only for people who have been banned or suspsended, you are a silver player you need gold to play online on any 360 game not just Halo 4

...He said he can't play single player campaign. This has nothing to do with being banned.

Delete _all_ Halo 4 content. All save files, cache, everything. Make sure there is no trace of it on your console. Clear your cache, reboot your console. Then put in Disc 1, install the game as it asks (and not through the dashboard install), then try to
play the game again. Make sure you're signed into Xbox Live, and that your console has the proper licenses (Transfer your licenses just in case)
