Profiles cant be downloaded at this time error codes

This problem is kind of a strange one that no one really has a definitive answer for. To me it seems the problem is not on your side but on the side of Microsoft. The one thing that i have found that really helps this problem more often then not is power-cycling
your router. Please give it a try and let me know the results-thanks

Time Warner Cable XBOX CONNECTIONS

It seems to me that it's not so much the lack of being able to connect to x box live, but the inability of the customer support on both sides to give difinitive answers to the problem. I have spoken to support on both sides, and neither of them gave me
an explanation of the problem, or any kind of time frame for fixing it. What I was given was "we are aware of the problem", and that was it. So I feel like I have been let down on both ends.

Did what it said but played the game so it wont refund me at Xbox support site

Bethesda has stated its not their problem. They said its Microsofts and then told me to go to their site (bethesda) which has info on how to potentially fix this issue... the problem? Their site just links to microsoft support as their solution.

I got the game to let me play it but the 300K coins and all the puzzles I have "bought" over the last three years are all gone.

Still can't get on the Support site for casual games.
