I think Xbox is unable to fix this problem as this would be a problem for the game developers. I would try and report the bug to the game developers and hope they release a patch or update as soon as they can!

I had the same thing but i just kept pressing enter at some point and pressed the right arrow key so i would walk back out the shop. Although the loading screen you are able to fix it this way. You will miss the dialogue but you would be able to walk out the shop and then you would just be able to play again.

I think the only way is to find a older sae of your game and resume from there as skyrim has alot of game breaking bugs sadly

I talked to someone on live online and was told to delete and reinstal and nothing. I cant progress past "is anybody out there" how is no one reading these forums at support? Can i get a refund?
