    Xbox Game pass download stuck and cannot be cancelled

    Everything is up to date, issue remains the same. Game will not download, will not be cancelled, will not allow other games to be downloaded, and will not allow its folder to be deleted and the xbox app does not allow me to change the drive in which games are installed. Effectively gamepass is unusable because of this since I have can't download any games and currently have none installed.

    Hello XBF Houmaidi O,

    I think the best way to remedy this problem with installation is to allow gamers to install the Xbox App on their preferred game drive. This I believe will remedy the issues we are facing by installing games on drives specified by us. The Epic game App allows one to install to a drive of their choice, thus allowing the games to be installed on specific game drives without any issues.

    I wish that Microsoft can give us the option or maybe they should strongly look into it as a way of fixing this problem.

    Well XBOX app was updated recently and still has the same issue. The installation folder defaults to C: drive after a pc reboot.....

    I am getting tired of installing games and then having to "move" them after I find out XBOX app has defaulted (yet again)..
