I watched the game awards 2017 through mixer. It has been a day and I still have not received any rewards such as warframe premium pack, halo wars 2 dlc, goat simulator full game, etc.

Mixpot Rewards not recieved from TGA 2017

Hey there! I was forwarded to this forum from Mixer support. I was told to post here regarding my missing MixPot rewards from the 2017 Game Awards. My account is linked and everything is fine as I recieved my E3 2017 rewards without issue. Could someone
please fix this. As in eager to see what was rewarded and claim it. Gamertag xDigitalWaRx on newly purchased Xbox One X.

It usually takes about a week to receive prizes from those promotions. If you don't receive them after a week, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

I have a problem as well that's slightly related. I got messages that I have received the racing suit and the warframe premium pack. But the pack is not in my manage game list to be installed. Is it just because I'm impatient and not waiting long enough
for it to appear or what?

I find news only from 2017 in this year was a rewards from Watching Gamescom on Mixer. I dunno maybe as you say "Might chand in next few days".

Per the terms of the promotion, the points are not awarded until 3 days following the titles launch. They specifically mentioned RE7 and that would be around January 26th, 2017 (launch is January 23rd, 2017).

A reward member will respond to confirm the purchase and let you know if everything is going okay. The reward staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.
