    i see the game ark on sale yesterday but everything was closed i went this morning by the time i got back it wasnt on sale anymore i bought 40$to buy the game it also had add ons if u could help would be great

    Trying to buy Ark: Survival Evolved on Sale

    I am trying to buy Ark Survival Evolved on sale for the week on the Dashboard because of ID@Xbox Gamefest

    but when I try to buy the game it comes up regular price. Yesterday it was showing $26.09 on Xbox.com

    If you are on the fence about ARK: Survival Evolved now might be the time to buy as the studio is in court

    Trendy Entertainment is suing Wildcard (developer of ARK) claiming game designer Jeremy Stieglitz worked on the game while he was still with them, and apparently had a non-competition clause in his contract.

    Essentially this could see the game pulled from sale, and potentially even shutdown completely

    The game was part of last week's Deals with Gold. Deals with Gold change every Tuesday which is why it's not on sale anymore. Unfortunately the only way to get the game at sale price is if it goes on sale again.
