    ⚠️Sorry for my bad english & spelling ⚠️

    Hello guys I had a problem with my xbox and i reset the console and pressed the ("RESET AND KEEP MY GAMES & APPS") After the reset i logged to my account but my games is missing and im sure that the game is not deleted because my hard driver and my xbox is still full and i don't have space for more games or apps I tried to access Full library because i asked someone and he said maybe your games is been hidden , im pretty sure i didn't hide it or before the reset my games was perfect except my games wouldn't worked, anyway The "Full library" won't load i waiting nearly 30 min and it says "we're having trouble getting your stuff right now"

    So far i tried this things and it couldn't solve my problem − for second time i risetted − i restarted consule − hard restart − unplugging and plugging − full shutdown − restart

    Please help Thanks

    I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.
