    The Fractured but Whole Installation Stopped


    I'm currently away from home and cannot connect my Xbox One to the internet. My wife sent me The Fractured but Whole in the mail and I tried to install it. Every time I put it in it says "Installing" and then immediately "Installation Stopped" and the error
    code "0x87e00064". I have tried to power cycle the xbox, the disk is brand new out of the box. I have also tried to install For Honor and Call of Duty: Ghosts which have worked.

    My questions are:

    -Is there something wrong with my disk?

    -Do I have to have internet/the newest Xbox Updates to install a new game?

    (**Note** Current OS Version is 10.0.15063.3054)

    I've tried looking for a way to fix it and all I've seen is "Power Cycle your Xbox". Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hello, my screen is cropped in this game. Only game that does this. Is there a way to fix this or will there be a patch?

    This is working as intended, but you should have access to The Stick of Truth once The Fractured But Whole releases :) Keep an eye on your ready to install list.
